2. What data we process
This website is informational. It has no forms, user accounts, comments, or analytics and advertising tools, and it does not itself store cookies or other data in your browser.
- Technical data when you visit the site (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser details). It is processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in running the site correctly and securely. The retention period is set by the hosting provider.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before a contract and its performance) and Art. 6(1)(f) (handling enquiries). We keep it as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if a contract is concluded, for the period required by law (e.g. tax and accounting rules) and until claims become time-barred.
3. Recipients
Recipients may include Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting), our e-mail provider (Google), telecom operators and, where needed, accounting providers or competent authorities. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA, using the mechanisms provided by the GDPR. Details are in those providers' documents.
4. Links to other services
The site links to our Facebook and Instagram profiles. We do not embed their plugins, so nothing is loaded from them unless you click. After clicking you leave our site and those services' rules apply.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdrawal of consent where consent was the basis (without affecting earlier processing). To use them, write to the e-mail address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl), or with the authority in your country of residence.
6. Voluntary data and automated decisions
Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer an enquiry or prepare a quote. We do not make automated decisions or profile visitors.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated, for example when new features are added to the site. The current version is always on this page.
